It is important to ensure that customers have sufficient funds to complete (FTC) the transaction presented in a loan application.

Please ensure you provide evidence to support the contribution as stated on the customers' statement of financial position.

This can be bank statement in the customer name, letter from donor confirming an unconditional gift, share statement in the customer names etc (please refer to Mortgage Credit Requirements on the broker portal for full details: https://www.anz-originator.com.au/brokerdistribution/login)

This is applicable for both LMI and non-LMI applications.
